WASHINGTON, February 6, 2026 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Ukraine of Class IX Spare Parts and related equipment for an estimated cost of $185 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.

WASHINGTON, February 5, 2026 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Iraq of Contracted Logistical Services for VACIS XPL Passenger Vehicle Scanning Systems and related equipment for an estimated cost of $90 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
