Below you will find information from both our Security Team and our Talent Management team. If at any time you have questions regarding onboarding, your Sponsor and your Supervisor should be your first line of support. You may also contact the DSCA Security team or your talent management contact.

Before You Report
BEFORE YOU REPORT

All new civilian employees, service members, and contractor/non-staff personnel must complete the below mandatory requirements prior to arrival at DSCA. You may complete all training online using your personal computer.  
- Initial Security In-Processing Briefing (PDF)
- DSCA Form 120* – Read, **sign, and submit via email (PDF)
- SF 312*, Classified Information Non-Disclosure Agreement – Read, sign, and submit via email (PDF) (Instructions here)
- DOD Cyber security training - please email your supervisor or sponsor the certificate as soon as possible
- Common Access Card (CAC) appointment. Confirm your sponsor made an appointment or make one (https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/)
*Submit the two documents (DSCA Form 120 and SF 312) following the instructions from Security Team with the subject line: “LASTNAME – In-Processing Documents”.

**If you have a CAC, you may digitally sign the DSCA Form 120. You may only exercise this option if you have a CAC. All others must sign the documents by hand.
What to Expect Your First Week
- First day for civilian and military staff is devoted to a Talent Management briefing and is focused on getting you prepared for your new role.
- Second day is ensuring you receive any badges, forms and/or information needed for security.
- CAC appointment should be right after you get your badges. If you already have a DoD CAC card, no appointment is necessary. Please email the EDIPI number (from the back of the card) to your supervisor/sponsor as soon as possible.
- During the rest of the week, you will be invited to different meetings focused on giving you information about work, your team, and our mission here at DSCA. Expect to join some of these with your personal device.
- Talent Management will email several documents, including an onboarding checklist. Some items you can complete before you get your IT equipment (GFE), some must wait.
- When the accounts, access, and IT equipment (laptop, etc.) are ready, you will be notified on how to receive these.
- Once you can access your email, there will be other requirements that need to be completed. These include signing any additional digital forms for access to the timecard system and any mission related systems. As well as various employee training courses.
