Human Capital Strategy & Organizational Development (HCS&OD) Directorate works to improve DSCA's organizational health by providing professional development opportunities, strategic workforce solutions, people-centered design solutions, and analytics to inform and empower the DSCA workforce.
Performance, Improvement and Effectiveness Directorate
In support of the Security Cooperation mission, the Performance, Improvement, and Effectiveness (PIE) Directorate leverages measures of performance (MOPs) and effectiveness (MOEs) to track the accomplishment of mission objectives and the achievement of desired results. PIE drives Security Cooperation improvement by using these indicators to inform decisions, measure progress, manage risk, and integrate findings into the learning process.
Talent Management Directorate
The Talent Management (TM) Directorate provides effective human capital management by developing and implementing policies, programs and services that contribute to the attainment of agency and employee goals by properly balancing the needs of the employees and the needs of the agency.
