WASHINGTON, January 20, 2026 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Singapore of Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft P-8A and MK 54 Lightweight Torpedoes and related equipment for an estimated cost of $2.316 billion. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.
