The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.

WASHINGTON, August 29, 2025 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Denmark of Integrated Battle Command System Enabled Patriot and related equipment for up to $8.5 billion, with an estimated sale price of up to $3.2 billion. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress. The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value. Actual dollar value will likely be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded.
