Singapore – Ebbing Air National Guard Base Construction Services

WASHINGTON, October 31, 2025 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Singapore of Ebbing Air National Guard Base Facilities Construction Services and related equipment for an estimated cost of $353 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.
