Ukraine – Transportation and Consolidation Services

WASHINGTON, August 5, 2025 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Ukraine of Transportation and Consolidation Services and related equipment for an estimated cost of $99.5 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress.
