Dr. Celeste Ward Gventer named Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) President

WASHINGTON, D.C. — WASHINGTON, D.C. Dec. 1 - The Department of Defense today announced Celeste Ward Gventer, PhD, as the President of the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU), a component of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) and the Department of Defense’s Center for Excellence for Security Cooperation education.
