Defense Security Cooperation University - Golden anniversaries are an impressive milestone, especially in the workplace. Ms. Constance “Connie” Stokesbury, Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) Administrative Assistant, has dedicated the past 50 years to being a federal employee.
