SKOURA, Morocco - Moroccan veterinarians partner with U.S. Africa Command's Civil Military Support Element to provide treatment for animals during a veterinary capability training program in
Skoura, Morocco, November 19-28, 2008. During the program, the team treated more than 34,000 animals in 15 locations in the north central region of Morocco.
