WASHINGTON, April 1, 2025 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Ecuador of M4A1 Rifles and Support and related elements of logistics and program support for an estimated cost of $64 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
