Pakistan – Technical Security Team (TST) in Continued Support of the F-16 Program

WASHINGTON, July 26, 2019 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for Technical Security Team (TST) in continued support of the F-16 program for an estimated cost of $125 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on July 26, 2019.

Pakistan - AH-1Z Viper Attack Helicopters and AGM-114R Hellfire II Missiles

WASHINGTON, Apr 6, 2015 – The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for AH-1Z Viper Attack Helicopters and AGM-114R Hellfire II Missiles and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $952 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale.

Pakistan – GRC43M Cutters

WASHINGTON, Oct 30, 2014 – The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for GRC43M Cutters and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $350 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today. 

Pakistan – Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles

WASHINGTON, Sep 19, 2014 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Pakistan for 160 Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicles, spair and repair parts, and training, etc., for an estimated cost of $198 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Pakistan - C-130 Fleet Upgrade Program

WASHINGTON, Mar 11, 2014 - The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress today of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for a C-130 Fleet Upgrade Program and associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $100 million.

Success of India, Pakistan Critical to Region, Carter Says

ABOARD A MILITARY AIRCRAFT, Sept. 18, 2013 – Deputy Defense Secretary Ash Carter today wrapped up a weeklong overseas trip that included stops in Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.

After spending three days in Afghanistan, Carter stopped in Islamabad, Pakistan, for talks with senior defense and government officials. Among the topics discussed was the importance of Pakistan’s continued economic development to the security of the region, Carter said today.

The economic development of Pakistan is essential, he said.

Carter Meets With Government, Military Officials in Pakistan

WASHINGTON, Sept. 16, 2013 – Deputy Defense Secretary Ash Carter traveled to Pakistan today and met with senior Pakistani government and defense officials, Pentagon Press Secretary George Little said.

In a statement, Little said Carter met with Sartaj Aziz, advisor to the prime minister for foreign affairs and national security; Gen. Khalid Shameem Wynn, chairman of Pakistan’s Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee; and Chief of Army Staff Gen. Ashfaq Parvez Kayani.

Pakistan – Cooperative Logistics Supply Support Agreement (CLSSA) Foreign Military Sale Order (FMSO)II Support

WASHINGTON, May 12, 2011 – The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress today of a possible Foreign Military Sale Order to the Government of Pakistan for spare parts for existing aircraft at an estimated cost of $62 million.

Pakistan - BELL 412EP Helicopters

WASHINGTON, September 15, 2010 -- The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress on 14 September of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan of BELL 412EP Helicopters as well as associated equipment and services. The total value, if all options are exercised, could be as high as $397 million.

Pakistan – Refurbishment of Oliver Hazard Perry Class Frigate

WASHINGTON, Feb. 19, 2010 – The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress Feb. 18 of a possible Foreign Military Sale to Pakistan for refurbishment of one OLIVER HAZARD PERRY Class Frigate and associated equipment, parts and logistical support for a complete package worth approximately $78 million.
