India – MK 54 Lightweight Torpedoes

WASHINGTON, April 13, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of India of sixteen (16) MK 54 All Up Round Lightweight Torpedoes (LWT); three (3) MK 54 Exercise Torpedoes (MK 54 LWT Kit procurement required); and related equipment for an estimated cost of $63 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

The Netherlands – Excalibur Projectiles

WASHINGTON, April 10, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of the Netherlands of one hundred ninety-nine (199) Excalibur Increment IB M982Al tactical projectiles and related equipment for an estimated cost of $40.55 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Korea – F-16 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) & Link 16 Upgrades

­­­WASHINGTON, March 30, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Republic of Korea to upgrade its F-16 Block 32 aircraft with Mode 5 Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) and Link 16 Tactical Datalink (TDL) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $194 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Poland – Javelin Missile and Command Launch Unit

­­­WASHINGTON, March 4, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Poland of one hundred eighty (180) Javelin missiles and seventy-nine (79) Javelin Command Launch Units (CLUs) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $100 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Morocco – M88A2 Heavy Equipment Recovery Combat Utility Lift and Evacuation System (HERCULES), Support, and Equipment

­­­WASHINGTON, March 3, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Morocco of twenty five (25) M88A2 Heavy Equipment Recovery Combat Utility Lift and Evacuation System (HERCULES) vehicles and/or M88A1 long supply HERCULES refurbished vehicles and related equipment for an estimated cost of $239.35 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Tunisia – AT-6 Light Attack Aircraft

­­­WASHINGTON, February 26, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Tunisia of four (4) AT-6C Wolverine Light Attack Aircraft and related equipment for an estimated cost of $325.8 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on yesterday.

Netherlands – MK-48 Torpedo Conversion Kits

­­­WASHINGTON, February 26, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands of sixteen (16) MK-48 Mod 7 Advanced Technology (AT) torpedo conversion kits and related equipment for an estimated cost of $85 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on yesterday.

Jordan – Artillery Command, Control and Communications (C3) Equipment

­­­WASHINGTON, February 26, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Jordan of up to seven hundred (700) Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS) software license copies and related equipment for an estimated cost of $300 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on yesterday.

­­­WASHINGTON, February 10, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to India of an Integrated Air Defense Weapon System (IADWS) for an estimated cost of $1.867 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on February 7, 2020.
