Provides subject matter experts to work with partner nations to assess organizational weaknesses and establish a roadmap for addressing the shortfalls
Focus is Ministry-to-Ministry engagement.
Who:
DSCA, on behalf of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Security Cooperation (DASD SC), solicits COCOM nominations and then vets them with the Regional Assistant Secretaries of Defense for prioritization of effort
DSCA resources program execution through the Institute for Security Governance (formerly the Center for Civil-Military Relations)at the Naval Post-Graduate School
