Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO) – Foreign Military Sales Order (FMSO) II Case

­­­WASHINGTON, September 24, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sales Order (FMSO) II to provide funds for blanket order requisitions to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO) for an estimated cost of $330 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

United Kingdom – Phalanx Baseline 2 Radar Upgrade Kits

­­­WASHINGTON, September 20, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the United Kingdom of fifty (50) MK 15 Phalanx Close-in Weapon System (CIWS) Block IB Baseline 2 Upgrade Kits for an estimated cost of $75 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on September 19, 2018.

Egypt – 120MM Tank Rounds

­­­WASHINGTON, September 17, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Egypt of forty-six thousand (46,000) M831A1 and M865 rounds and ten thousand (10,000) APFSDS-T rounds for an estimated cost of $99 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Korea – P-8A Aircraft and Associated Support

­­­WASHINGTON, Sept. 13, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Republic of Korea (ROK) of six (6) P-8A Patrol Aircraft for an estimated cost of $2.10 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Korea – Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) Missiles

­­­WASHINGTON, Sept. 13, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Republic of Korea (ROK) of sixty-four (64) Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Missile Segment Enhancement (MSE) missiles for an estimated cost of $501 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Japan – E-2D Advanced Hawkeye Airborne Early Warning and Control Aircraft

­­­WASHINGTON, Sept. 10, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Japan of up to nine (9) E-2D Advanced Hawkeye (AHE) Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) aircraft for an estimated cost of $3.135 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on Sept. 7, 2018.

The Netherlands – Patriot Recapitalization (RECAP)

­­­WASHINGTON, Sept. 5, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands of four (4) Netherlands Patriot Fire Units for an estimated cost of $105 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Mexico – Evolved Seasparrow Missiles

­­­WASHINGTON, August 9, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Mexico of six (6) Evolved Seasparrow tactical missiles (ESSM) and two (2) Evolved Seasparrow telemetry missiles for an estimated cost of $41 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on August 8, 2018.

Latvia – UH-60M Black Hawk Helicopters

­­­WASHINGTON, AUG. 3, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Latvia of four (4) UH-60M Black Hawk Helicopters and related equipment for an estimated cost of $200 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Kuwait – Munitions

­­­WASHINGTON, AUG. 2, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Kuwait of various Mk- series munitions for an estimated cost of $40.4 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
