Oman – Joint Stand Off Weapons (JSOW)
WASHINGTON, November 9, 2022 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Oman of Joint Stand Off Weapons (JSOW) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $385 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
Oman – F-16 Operational Flight Profile and Identification Friend or Foe Mode 5 Upgrade
WASHINGTON, Jan. 5, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Oman of items and services to support an incremental Operational Flight Profile (OFP) software upgrade for F-16 subsystems, as well as Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) and secure communications equipment for Mode 5 operations for an estimated cost of $62 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
Oman-Continuation of Logistics Support Services and Equipment
WASHINGTON, May 26, 2016 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Oman for continuation of logistics support services and equipment. The estimated cost is $260 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on May 24, 2016.
Government of Oman-TOW 2B Missiles
WASHINGTON, Jan. 7, 2016 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Oman of TOW 2B missiles, related equipment and support. The estimated cost is $51 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on January 6, 2016.

WASHINGTON, Oct. 19, 2011 – The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress Oct. 18 of a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Oman for AVENGER Fire Units, STINGER Missiles and Advanced Medium Range Air to Air Missiles, as well associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support for an estimated cost of $1.248 billion.
Oman – Logistics Support and Training for one C-130J-30
WASHINGTON, November 18, 2010 – The Defense Security Cooperation Agency notified Congress today of a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Oman of logistics support and training for one C-130J-30 aircraft being procured through a Direct Commercial Sale and associated equipment, parts and logistical support for a complete package worth approximately $76 million.
