Kuwait – Patriot Program Sustainment and Technical Assistance Support

WASHINGTON, May 28, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Kuwait of Patriot program sustainment and technical assistance as follow-on support for an estimated cost of $425 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO) – MK 48 Mod 6 Advanced Technology (AT) Heavy Weight Torpedo (HWT)

WASHINGTON, May 20, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to TECRO of eighteen (18) MK-48 Mod6 Advanced Technology (AT) Heavy Weight Torpedoes (HWT) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $180 million. Hungary – Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missiles Extended Range (AMRAAM-ER)

WASHINGTON, May 8, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Hungary of sixty (60) AIM-120C-7/C-8 AMRAAM­ER missiles, and two (2) spare AIM-120C-7/C-8 AMRAAM-ER guidance sections and related equipment for an estimated cost of $230 million. United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Vehicles

WASHINGTON, May 7, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of the UAE of Excess Defense Articles (EDA) of up to four thousand five hundred sixty-nine (4,569) MRAP vehicles for an estimated cost of $556 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Egypt – AH-64E Refurbished Apache Attack Helicopters and Related Equipment and Support

WASHINGTON, May 7, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Egypt to refurbish forty-three (43) AH-64E Apache attack helicopters for an estimated cost of $2.3 billion.
