India – Support for Direct Commercial Sale of AH-64E Apache Helicopters

WASHINGTON, Jun. 12, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to India of items in support of a proposed direct commercial sale of six (6) AH-64E Apache helicopters for an estimated cost of $930 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Bahrain – Munitions

­­WASHINGTON, May 18, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Bahrain of General Purpose (GP) and Penetrator Warhead bomb bodies for an estimated cost of $45 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on May 17, 2018.

Germany – C-130J and KC-130J Aircraft

­­­WASHINGTON, May. 4, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Germany of three (3) C-130J-30 aircraft and three (3) KC-130J aircraft for an estimated cost of $1.40 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Bahrain – AH-l Z Attack Helicopters

­­­WASHINGTON, APR. 27, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Bahrain of AH-1Z attack helicopters for an estimated cost of $911.4 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Netherlands – M1156 Precision Guided Kits

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 24, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands of three thousand five hundred (3,500) M1156 Precision Guided Kits for an estimated cost of $70 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Netherlands – F-16 Formal Training Unit at Tucson Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Arizona

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 24, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Netherlands of defense articles and services in support of continuation of a Continental United States (CONUS) based Royal Netherlands Air Force F-16 Formal Training Unit for an estimated cost of $110 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Mexico – MH-60R Multi-Mission Helicopters

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 19, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Mexico of MH-60R Multi-Mission Helicopters for an estimated cost of $1.20 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on April 18, 2018.

Qatar–Advanced Precision Kill Weapon Systems (APKWS)

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 9, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Qatar of Advanced Precision Kill Weapon Systems (APKWS) II Guidance Sections for an estimated cost of $300 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – 155mm M109A6 Paladin Medium Self-Propelled Howitzer System

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 5, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Saudi Arabia of 155mm M109A5/A6 Medium Self-Propelled Howitzer structures for conversion to M109A6 Paladin Howitzer systems for an estimated cost of $1.31 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

Australia – M795 with Insensitive Munitions Explosive (IMX) 101 Explosive Fill 155mm HE Projectile

­­­WASHINGTON, Apr. 5, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Australia of M795 with Insensitive Munitions Explosive (IMX) 101 Explosive Fill 155mm HE projectiles for an estimated cost of $148 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on Apr. 4, 2018.
