WASHINGTON, January 14, 2022 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of France of MQ-9 Communications Intelligence Sensor Pod Suites and related equipment for an estimated cost of $88 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

France – MQ-9 Follow-on Contractor Logistics Support

WASHINGTON, January 7, 2022 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of France of MQ-9 Follow-on Contractor Logistics Support and related equipment for an estimated cost of $300 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

France – Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG)

WASHINGTON, December 21, 2021 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible
Foreign Military Sale to the Government of France of Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS),
Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG), and related equipment for an estimated cost of $1.321 billion. The Defense
Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

­­­WASHINGTON, September 2, 2020 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of France of four (4) AE-2100D Turbo Prop engines and two (2) Multifunctional, Information Distribution System-Low Volume Terminal Block Upgrade Two (MIDS-LVT BU2) and related equipment for an estimated cost of $350 million.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.
