­­­WASHINGTON, November 29, 2018 - The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Morocco of enhancements to one hundred sixty-two (162) Abrams tanks for an estimated cost of $1.259 billion.  The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on November 28, 2018.
