May 11-17 2012	Assignment of Program Codes “H6” and “H7” to track Fiscal Year (FY) 2012 Funds Provided for the Section 1207(n) Transitional Authorities for East Africa and Yemen has been posted. This memo adds codes “H6” and “H7” to table C4.T2B. and modifies Table C15.T2. to include relevant information on the new program codes. Corrections made to tables C4.T2B and C4.T2C. (previously listed codes in incorrect tables). An errant public law citation was removed from table C15.T2. for CRSP, code E7.
May 4-10 2012	Policy Update Regarding Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Transactions with Non-Ministry of Defense (MOD) Units – DSCA Policy 12-19 [SAMM E-Change 201], has been posted. This memo adds Section C5.1.5.3. to the SAMM. All Chapter pages now include links to previous/next section as well as a direct link back to the chapter table of contents. General maintenance updates to correct hyperlinks, incorrect table names, and document styling.

Policy Memos	Provides a listing of all available DSCA Policy Memoranda. These memos have been converted from the previous PDF format to the updated Web Format. All memos are still available for download as the original signed PDF documents.
Support	Provides E-SAMM help and usage tips.
Search	Provides and updated interface to the SAMM search. With the conversion from a PDF Manual to a Web format, popular search engines can now index and accurately search the entire document and all policy memos.
