2009 DCC Guidelines
The New DCC Guidelines
and Contractor Certification will become effective 1 October
2009. All DCC participating countries and contractors
are asked to transition to the new Guidelines then.
The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
Guidelines for Foreign Military Financing of Direct Commercial
Contracts and Contractor’s Certification and Agreement with DSCA are both
dated August 2009.
